My family and I were lucky enough to spend a week on Wavi Island – it was tropical postcard perfection. As a photographer the sunsets and sunrises were captivating along with the most colourful flowers and greenest of green trees I have seen. As for the locals – people don’t just say Fijians are the nicest people on the planet for no reason – truly beautiful and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back – this time with my underwater camera and a fishing rod."

"I first visited Wavi Island in June 2014 my trip was supposed to be for 2 weeks and turned into 30 days. The location is one of the best in all the Fijian Islands. Locals call this region the "Pearl of Fiji". Driving across the bridge to your private 27 acre Island seemed like a was in the middle of a dream, all my problems had disappeared. The warm clear pristine water and sea life is something out of the movie "Blue Lagoon". My first morning I was awoken to the sound of over 200 dolphins in front of the Villa. The management are very warm and inviting with plenty of activities for you to do if you wish. My favourite thing to do was wake up to the sound of waves, take a swim in the infinity pool while breathing the freshest air on earth. Popping open a coconut from one of the coconut trees on the Island and eating a delicious Papaya was my morning routine as I then would stroll to one of my favourite blue turquoise snorkelling holes. You never have to leave the island!. Shooting here was a true honour."
